APPOINTMENTS

You do not need a referral to visit Central New York Physiatry, P.C.; however, you may be referred by your physician or other healthcare professional.

A referral by your physician is needed for electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies.

Appointments for all office locations can be made by calling (315) 724-1410, Ext. 1.

BILLING POLICY

We participate with the Medicare and Medicaid programs, as well as various HMOs and PPOs.

Our office staff will be glad to help you process your insurance claims. Please remember to bring all necessary insurance information with you to each appointment.
